14-day returns, no questions for unopened items.

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return most products. The window starts on the day your order is signed for.

For products that are defective on arrival, we'll accept returns within 7 days of delivery even if the box has been opened — see the "Defective on arrival" section below.

To qualify for a no-questions return, the product must be:

• In its original retail packaging, with all accessories
• Unopened and unused (manufacturer seal intact where applicable)
• Free of damage caused after delivery

Items that don't meet these conditions may still be eligible for a partial refund or exchange at our discretion. We're reasonable — talk to us.

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Software and digital licenses (once activated)
• Consumables (printer ink, paper, cleaning supplies)
• Refurbished products (covered by our 90-day repair warranty instead)
• Custom-built systems made to your spec

If your product is dead on arrival or fails within 7 days of delivery, contact us immediately. We'll arrange a free return pickup and either replace the item or issue a full refund within 3 business days of receiving it.

1. Email support@qabassat.computer with your order reference and the reason for return.
2. We'll reply within one business hour with a return authorization and either a pickup time or a drop-off slot at our Hamra showroom.
3. Pack the item in its original packaging. Include the order receipt.
4. We inspect on receipt and process your refund or exchange within 3 business days.

Refunds go back via the original payment method:

• Card payments: 3–10 business days depending on your bank
• Cash payments: in-store cash or wire transfer of your choice
• Bank transfer: bank transfer back within 3 business days

Shipping costs from the original order are not refunded unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
